Abstract
This Royal Decree consists of 3 articles and one Annex. Article 1 states that the areas defined by the coordinates in the attached appendices and maps are to be designated protected natural areas called as follows: Khawr Magseel Reserve; Khawr Baleed Reserve; Khawr Sawli Reserve; Khawr Dahareen Reserve; Khawr Taqah Reserve; Khawr Rawvi Reserve; Khawr Awqad Reserve; Khawr Qurom Sageir Reserve; and Khawr Qurom Kebir Reserve.
Article 2 states that the Minister of Regional Municipalities and Environment is to proceed with implementing Regulations and Decisions to this Decree. This is to be done in coordination with the Ministries and parties concerned. These should determine the location of entrances to the Reserves, its opening times, the activities that are permitted or forbidden within it and the punishments appropriate for every occasion. The attached Annex gives the coordinates of the Reserve.
