Royal Decree No. 50 of 1997 Establishing the Al Saleel National Park in the Kaamil and Wafi Wilaya.

This Royal Decree consists of 3 articles and one Annex. Article 1 states that the area defined by the coordinates in the attached Annex and map is to be designated a protected natural area called the Al Saleel National Park. Article 2 states that the Minister of Regional Municipalities and Environment is to proceed with implementing regulations and decisions to this Decree. This is to be done in coordination with the Ministries and parties concerned. These should determine the location of entrances to the National Park, its opening times, the activities that are permitted or forbidden within it and the punishments appropriate for every occasion. The attached Annex provides the coordinates of the National Park.
