Royal Decree No. 71/1989 amending some provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection and Pollution Control.

This Decree amends the articles 2, 3, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 25 and 27 of the Law on Environmental Protection and Pollution Control. Some definitions and terms of reference had been changed. The Decree defines the responsible bodies for the delivery of some licences and permits. It also defines the duties of the workers in places that cause pollution. It defines the bodies responsible for the implementation of this Law. The amendments concern also fees and the handling of environmental damages.
