Royal Decree No.24/2019 to establish a Food Safety and Quality Center at the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources.

This Royal Decree consisting of 5 articles aims at establishing a Food Safety and Quality Center so that to transfer to the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources (i) the terms of reference for food safety and quality contained in the Sultanate's laws, decrees and regulations in force; and (ii) and within six months from the date of this decree, from the competent authorities, all the assets, rights and obligations related to food safety and quality.
