Royal Decree No.42/2018 concerning the Public Authority for Electricity and Water (PAEW).

This Decree consisting of 4 articles and one Annex aims at replacing the name of the Public Authority for Electricity and Water (PAEW) with Public Authority for Water wherever stated in the laws and Royal Decrees in force. The Annex deals with the amendments to articles relating to the prerogatives of the above-mentioned Public Authority for Water concerning its goals (art.3), powers in order to achieve the goals (art.4), and some financial issues (art.13).
