Abstract
This Royal Decree consisting of 2 articles aims at providing for the application of modern irrigation systems in the Al Batinah region. The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and the Public Authority for Water Resources shall issue the necessary regulations and decisions to implement these recommendations.
