Animals Regulation 1967.

This Regulation implements provisions of the Animals Act 1952 with respect to confinement orders (sect. 6 of the Act), pound books and fees, application for stock brands, earmarks, etc., certificate of registration of brand or earmark, transfer of brands, earmarking and branding of sheep, the control of dogs and a register of dogs, etc. In the Schedules forms of notices, orders, applications, etc. are set out and fees are specified.
