Co-operative Societies Regulation 2003 (S.I. No. 1 of 2003).

This Regulation implements provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act by prescribing forms for various matters regulated by the Act including: application for registration of a society and the form of a certificate of registration of a society; the list of eligible persons; the statement regarding the objects of a proposed society and of the reasons for believing that the society will be able to achieve its objects; the list of proposed Directors and of elected officers; and the notice by the registrar of his or her actions under section 26 of the Act.
