Abstract
This Act amends the Crocodile Trade (Protection) Act by assigning duties and powers of the Minister or his or her delegate to the Conservator of Fauna and to a court of competent jurisdiction and in section 24 on levy. The holder of a licence to export crocodiles under this Act shall pay to the Authority a levy on crocodiles exported by him or her at a rate fixed from time to time by the Minister, acting on the advice of the Authority, by notice in the National Gazette.
