Environment (Fees and Charges) Regulation 2002.

This Regulation prescribes fees for purposes of the Environment Act 2000. Fees include: a fee for environmental impact assessment, a fee for environment permit, a fee for assessment of environmental improvement plan, a fee for pesticide permit, a fee for water investigation, water use charges, a fee for hydrological data, a fee for copies of register, a fee for review of Director’s decision and a fee for viewing of an application for an environment permit. The Regulation also provides for waiver or reduction of fees by the Director of Environment.
