Abstract
This Act amends the Evidence Act to provide for the admissibility of electronic evidence. Several sections are modified: Section 1 'Interpretation', Section 8 'Images of seals, signatures, etc.', Section 61 'Business records', and Division IV.5 'Electronic Evidence'.
