This Regulation implements the Fauna (Protection and Control) Act 1966 by prescribing the form of a search warrant in relation with suspected taking or killing of an animal in contravention of the Fauna (Protection and Control) Act and in exercise the powers conferred on you by Section 22(1) of that Act.
