Fisheries (Declared Fishing Zone) Act 1977 (No. 6 of 1977).

The Act amends the Fisheries Act 1974 insofar as it introduces a new definition of "the declared fishing zone". The fishing zone shall be declared by the Head of State by notice in the Official Gazette. Other provisions are concerning matters to be taken into account to determine total allowable catch and other powers of the Minister. The Act consists of 11 sections.
