Abstract
This Act makes amendments in the principal Act by inserting new Section 121A on log export development levy. The section sets out procedures of calculation and payment of log export development levy. It also lays down rules on the establishment of the Log Export Development Levy Committee for the administration of the trust account, and its functions.
