Forestry (2013 Budget) (Amendment) Act 2012 (No. 15 of 2012).

This Act amends the Forestry Act 1991 by inserting a new section 121AB on savings and transitional arrangements. The transitional arrangements concern any action done by the Commissioner General in terms of transfers pursuant to the trust instruments established for the purposes of the log development levy established under section 121A.
