Abstract
This Act amends the Section 44 of the Principal Act by inserting new definitions. Section 80 of the Principal Act is amended regarding the variance or revocation of the authorization by the Commissioner due to false or misleading information. Furthermore, this Act amends Sections 81 and 82 regarding giving clearance for and granting authorization to business acquisitions.
