Abstract
This Act amends the Land Act in section 70 by deleting the word "prescribed". Section 70 deals with how an application for a state lease shall be made. It now reads: "An application for a State lease shall - (a) be made in the approved form, and (b) be accompanied by the fee for the registration of the application. This Act also stipulates that all acts, matters or things done or suffered or deemed to have been done or suffered or taken, or procedural steps taken under or for the purposes of the Principal Act and having effect immediately before the coming into operation of this Act, shall, after that coming into operation, continue in full force and effect until those acts, matters, things or procedural steps are otherwise replaced.
