Abstract
This Act amends the Medicines and Cosmetics Act 1999 in section 9 (application for a licence), section 24 (application for the registration of a pharmacy) and section 54 (Regulation-making powers of the Head of State). The amendments concern fees, which shall now be prescribed by law and not by authority.
