Oil and Gas Act (Amendment) Act 2016 (No. 25 of 2016).

The Act amends the Oil and Gas Act 1998 by repealing sections 157 and 163 (generally on fees and royalties and registration fees) and by stipulating that all acts, matters or things done or suffered or deemed to have been done or suffered or taken, or procedural steps taken under or for the purposes of the Principal Act and having effect immediately before the coming into operation of this Act, shall, after that coming into operation, continue in full force and effect until those acts, matters, things or procedural steps are otherwise replaced.
