Oil and Gas (Amendment) Act 2025 (No. 2 of 2025).

This Act makes amendments in the Principal Act. Section 3 is amended by inserting new definitions and altering the existing ones in accordance with the National Petroleum Authority Act 2025. This Act amends Section 11 of as regards the appointment of the Managing Director of National Petroleum Authority to be the Director for the purposes of the principal Act. New Section 11A is inserted regarding the powers of the National Petroleum Authority to oversee, manage, administer and enforce this Act.
