Abstract
This Act amends Section 20 regarding the appointment of the Chief Executive Officer, Section 27 regarding the Public Private Partnership Centre Tenders and Contracts, Section 28 regarding six monthly report of PPP Centre, and Sections 41 and 42 regarding the establishment and meetings of the Public Private Partnership Steering Group. This Act also makes amendments in Schedules 1, 2 and 3 of the principal Act, as are laid down in Sections 9, 10 and 11.
