Abstract
This Act amends the Summary Offences Act (Chapter 264). It updates the penalties for offences. It inserts a new section 2A on the prosecution of offences and amends several sections such as section 6 'Assault', section 7 'Provoking a breach of the peace' and section 11 'False reports'.
