Survey (Amendment) Act 2016 (No. 28 of 2016).

This Act amends the Survey Act in provisions relating to fees for registration and other acts relating to surveying. The word "prescribed" in relation to fees is cancelled in sections 19, 19A, 19B, and 19C. All acts, matters or things done or suffered or deemed to have been done or suffered or taken, or procedural steps taken under or for the purposes of the Principal Act and having effect immediately before the coming into operation of this Act, shall, after that corning into operation, continue in full force and effect until those acts, matters, things or procedural steps are otherwise replaced.
