Survey (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 59 of 2022).

This Act amends Section 1 of the Principal Act by amending the definition of authorized survey and inserting a new subsection after the definition of "urban lands" relating to the reference to land surveys to be read as a reference to buildings under the strata title schemes. Furthermore, this Act amends Section 4 of the Principal Act by inserting new subsection (3) regarding the creation of a registry within the Central Plan Office established under the Survey Coordination Act 1967 for the deposition of survey plans for land and buildings where strata development leases are to be registered and kept.
