Abstract
The Act amends also the Continental Shelf (Living Natural Resources) Act (Chapter 210) by repealing section 3 and replacing it with a new section concerning foreign fishing and the Fisheries Act (Chapter 214) and repealing section 2 and substituting it with a new section on territorial application.
