Abstract
Parts of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1977 are hereby incorporated in the Revised Forestry Code, and as a consequence some sections of the Code are amended and other repealed. The amendments concern charges on timber cut in forest land (sect. 70), charges on firewood, branches and other recoverable wood wastes of timber (sect. 71), charges on minor forest products, effectivity and application of forest charges and determination of market price of forest products (sect. 73).
