Act the Presidential Decree numbered seven hundred five, as amended, otherwise known as the " Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines" (No. 7161).

This Act incorporates certain sections of the national Internal Revenue Code of 1977 to the Revised Forestry Code and amends the Forestry Code by increasing the forest charges on timber and other products such as fuelwood, branches and other recoverable wood wastes of timber.
