Abstract
The Administrative Order implements the rules and regulations of the Republic Act No. 10611, known as the Food Safety Act of 2013. These rules are promulgated to facilitate compliance with the provisions of the Food Safety Act of 2013. These rules, among others, state the basic principles of food safety, the responsibilities on food safety, and determine the powers and functions of the Food Safety and Regulation Coordinating Board.
