Administrative Order No. 02 Series of 2023 Revised Guidelines on Enforcing the Existing Philippine Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Standards as Integral Parts in the Design, Construction, Repair and Maintenance of Agricultural Buildings and Facilities.

This Circular provides for application of Agricultural Engineering Standards in the design, construction, repair and maintenance agricultural and fishery buildings and facilities. The BAFE, in consultation with concerned agencies shall develop the procedures and mechanism for the issuance of Standards Compliance Certificate (SCC). This Order consists of 8 Articles.
