Administrative Order No. 15 Series of 2019 on Guidelines in Strengthening the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Services of DA Bureaus and Attached Agencies/Corporation.

This Order is providing guidelines for the Sections 24 and 34 of the Republic Act No. 10601 regarding strengthening the DA Agricultural and Fishery Engineering Groups and required personnel including national government agencies, LGUs and SUGs. The guidelines provide for review and modification of organisational structure and staffing pattern, creation of engineer (Agricultural and Biosystems) positions, nomination of various engineering levels, the functions, duties and responsibilities of ABE unit and engineer (Agricultural and Biosystems) or AB engineer positions, the proposals for the ABE strengthening of all concerned DA bureaus and their organisation. Finally the guidelines provide for creation of a Technical Working Group (TWG) and nominate its chairman and members. The Order consists of 7 Articles.
