Abstract
The Regulation provides amendments on Rule XIX of DAO 2000-81 with regard to the followings: Permits Required for Air Pollution Sources (1); Filing Fees for Permit Applications (2); Application Process for Permit to Operate (3); Actions on Permit to Operate Applications (4); Issuance of Temporary Permits to Operate (5); Validity and Conditions of Permits (6); Grounds for Modification of Permit Conditions (7); Grounds for Suspension or Revocation of Permits (8); Requirements for Displaying Permits (9); Procedures for Transfer of Permits (10); Reporting Plant Operational Problems (11); and Monitoring and Reporting Requirements for Air Pollution Control (12).
