Climate Change Commission Resolution No. 2.

The text provides that following the 2009 Republic Act No. 9729, which established the Climate Change Commission and a framework strategy, the 2010 National Framework Strategy on Climate Change was adopted to guide efforts in protecting vulnerable communities. The National Climate Change Action Plan (NCCAP) for 2011-2028, developed through multi-sector consultations, focuses on seven priorities: Food Security, Water Sufficiency, Ecosystem Stability, Human Security, Climate-smart Industries, Sustainable Energy, and Knowledge Development. The Commission has approved the NCCAP to implement these strategies.
