Commission Resolution No. 2020-004 Adopting the Thematic Priorities of the Philippine Country Programme for the Green Climate Fund 2019-2023.

The text provides that the Climate Change Commission (CCC) leads efforts to mainstream climate goals within frameworks like the National Climate Change Action Plan, the Philippine Development Plan, and the Cabinet Cluster on Climate Change Adaptation, Mitigation, and Disaster Risk Reduction. Designated as the National Designated Authority for the Green Climate Fund (GCF), the CCC formulated the Philippine Country Programme for GCF 2019-2023, prioritizing green finance, climate resilience, sustainable energy, resource efficiency, and inclusive climate actions involving indigenous peoples. This program, developed through extensive multi-stakeholder consultations, will be regularly reviewed and updated to reflect the country's evolving needs.
