Abstract
This DA Administrative Circular establishes the Extension of Validity for Commercial Fishing Vessel License (CFVL), Commercial Fishing Gear License (CFGL), Distant Water Fishing Permit (DWFP), Special Fishing Permit, Fisherman's License and Certificate of Clearance Expiring during the Enhanced Community Quarantine Period. In view of the foregoing, all the abovementioned Licensing and Certificate of Clearance are extended for a period of 60 days subject to all of the procedural and documentary requirements provided under the Fisheries Administrative Order No. 198-1 series of 2018.
