DENR Administrative Order No. 2021-06 Revised Regulations Governing the Entry and Disposition of Imported Wood Products.

This Order is drafted in light of the government's policy for sustainable management of the forest resources and for rationalizing the development of the wood-based industries. The general objectives of this Order are to rationalize the requirements and procedures of the importation of wood products into the country, to augment local sources and to enable wood-based industries to generate employment and income. The text covers the entry and disposition of imported wood products as are listed in the referred table. The text further provides for authorised persons to import wood materials, authorised ports of entry, entry and discharge requirements, transport documents, storage and processing of imported wood products, registration requirements and penal provision. The text consists of 15 Articles and 2 Annexes.
