Abstract
This Order aims to establish, operate, and maintain a national geospatial database for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), leveraging technologies like satellite remote sensing, machine learning, and GIS for improved policy and decision-making. It will integrate data from various DENR bureaus and agencies, covering natural resources, environmental conditions, natural capital accounting, boundary maps, and DENR interventions. This Order shall take effect fifteen ( 15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation and upon acknowledgment of the receipt of the copy thereof by the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR).
