DENR Administrative Order No. 2026-25: Rules and Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Revised Price Monitoring System for Selected Forest Products.

This Department Administrative Order is designed to improve the collection, management, and dissemination of market price information, promote transparency and accountability, and support sustainable forest resource management. The Order covers a range of timber and non-timber forest products, formally adopts the Mobile Price Monitoring Application (MPMA) and standardized survey forms for monthly price data collection from designated Price Monitoring Areas, and requires the Forest Management Bureau (FMB) to publish quarterly price bulletins. It defines monitoring procedures, reporting responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms among field, regional, and national forestry offices, while authorizing the FMB to update survey instruments, review monitoring areas periodically, and collaborate with research institutions to strengthen evidence-based forest product valuation.
