Abstract
The Administrative Order establishes additional guidelines on the local transport of wildlife, wildlife by-products and/or derivatives for shows, exhibitions and educational purposes. It adds provisions on the issuance of special local transport permit, responsibilities of the special local transport permit holder, sanctions for people transporting wildlife, wildlife by-products and/or derivatives without the appropriate permit.

This Order shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following completion of its publication in a newspaper of general circulation and after registration with the Office of the National Administrative Register.
