Abstract
This Order amends the DENR Administrative Order No. 2016-07 entitled "DENR Manual of Authorities on Technical Matters", to ensure the welfare and expedient disposition of wild animals under the custody of DENR established and designated Wildlife Rescue Centers. The modifications are related to licenses, patents and deeds.

This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in newspaper of general circulation and upon acknowledgment of receipt of a copy thereof by the Office of the National Administrative Register.
