Abstract
This Order implements polices of the state regarding protection and advancement of the right of people to a balanced and healthful environment, equitable distribution of opportunities, income and wealth, promotion of industrialization and creation of employment opportunities. The Order follows the objectives for attaining a balanced, productive, and efficiently functioning forest ecosystem, ensuring a continuous supply of wood and non-wood products for the country and improving the economic well-being of upland people and communities dependent on forest resources. This Order consists of 7 Chapter as follow: Title, Policies, Objectives and Definition of Terms (1); IFMP Areas (2); Application for the Approval of the IFMA (3); Terms and Conditions of the IFMA (4); Incentives and Profit Sharing (5); Monitoring and Control (6); Miscellaneous Provisions (7).

Entry into force notes
This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation and upon acknowledgement by the UP Law Center.
