DENR Administrative Order No.20 of 2016 (Implementing Rules and Regulations Expanding Coverage of the National Greening Program)

The Administrative Order establishes the rules and regulations pursuant to Executive Order No. 193, series of 2015, known as "Expanding the Coverage of the National Greening Program (NGP)", in order to harmonize all forest development activities that will encourage and enhance the development of forest plantations, including forest parks, with greater participation from the private sector, local government units, and organized upland communities. The Administrative Order mentions, among others, the survey, mapping and planning requirement; the qualified participants that can participate in the expanded National Greening Program and the possibilities for the private sector to participate.
