DENR Administrative Order No.2003-53 on Further Amending Section 11 and 12 of MNR Administrative Order No. 50 Series of 1986.

This Regulation provides for amendments in sections 11 and 12 of MNR Administrative Order No. 50 series of 1986 to Establish and Permit to Operate Wood Processing Plant. According to this amendment, the authority to establish and the Permit to operate shall be combined into a single permit to establish and operate wood processing plant. This same permit shall also be issued for authority to acquire new equipment and to expand existing wood processing plants. The Permit to Establish and Operate Wood Processing Plant, shall be issued by the Secretary, DENR. Renewal permit shall be issued by the Regional Executive Directors concerned.
