DENR Administrative Order No.2022-01 Guidelines in Granting Government Agencies Gratuitous Permits for the Special Uses of Forest Lands.

The Guidelines is issued pursuant to Forestry Administrative Order 1941 and Presidential Decree No.705 for special forest land uses modalities to cater public infrastructures projects or utility systems with a more balanced economic, environmental and social development. This guideline provides for the policy of the State as to sustainably manage the forest resources and to protect and advance the rights of the Filippino people to a healthful ecology in harmony of nature. The objective of the Guidelines is to grant a gratuitous permit to government agencies partaking in the development of government-managed projects of national interest and infrastructure for public use.
