Abstract
This Order updates the National List of Threatened Philippines Plants and their categories, pursuant to Section 22 of the Republic Act No. 9147, known as the 'Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act' and in accordance with Section 6 of the DENR Administration Order No. 2007-01.

Entry into force notes
This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation and upon acknowledgement of receipt of a copy thereof by the Office of the National Administrative Registrar (ONAR), UP Law Center.
