Abstract
This Order aims to provide guidelines for the design, construction, establishment, fabrication, distribution, maintenance, repair, management and use of fishery post-harvest infrastructure facility and machinery; and to delineate the roles and responsibilities of relevant agencies/organizations in this area. The text lays out for project requirements including resources and project site, documentary requirements, rules and responsibilities of Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), Bureau of Agricultural and Fisheries Engineering (BAFE), Local Government Unit (LGU), and Beneficiary/Partner institution. Section 7 provides for mechanism on the establishment and operation of fishery post-harvest infrastructure facility and Section 8 refers to inventory of fishery post-harvest infrastructure facility and machinery. The text consists of 11 Sections designed in 4 Articles and has 3 Annexes.

This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette and/or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation and fifteen (15) days after its registration with the Office of the National Administrative Register.
