Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Administrative Order No. 2007-01 establishing the National List of Threatened Philippine Plants and their Categories, and the List of other Wildlife Species.

This Administrative Order establishes the National List of Threatened Philippine Plants, including their different categories, and the List of other Wildlife Species pursuant to the Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9147).
The collection of plants listed under this Order shall be allowed only for scientific or propagation purposes or if in possession of a permit granted by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. The species listed in this Order are in line with the CITES Appendices.
