Abstract
Pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No 6969, otherwise known as the "Toxic Substances and Hazardous and Nuclear Waste Control Act of 1990" (RA6969), Section 14, Chapter IV, Title II of DENR Administrative Order No. 29, Series of 1992, otherwise known as the "Implementing Rules and Regulations (lRR) of RA 6969" and provisions under EMB Memorandum Circular 2014-001, this Office establishes an additional list of chemicals to be included in the Philippine Inventory of Chemicals and Chemical Substances.
