Executive Order concerning the establishment of sea lanes for the use of fishing vessels in proceeding to and from their fishing areas in the South Pacific Ocean, subject to certain conditions (No. 473 of 1991).

Fishing lanes are established for foreign fishing vessels proceeding seawards and proceeding towards homeports so as to avoid disputes with other vessels. The Order contains also requirements for the use of the lanes and guidelines for fishing to enter designated ports.
