Executive Order No. 103 establishing the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Food Security under the Office of the President.

This Executive Order provides for the establishment of the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Food Security and for its powers and functions. Among other functions it shall coordinate and evaluate the programs, projects, activities and accomplishments of all government agencies responsible in the implementation of the different aspects of food security.
