Executive Order No. 174 creating the National Council on Food Security and Job Creation.

This Executive Order provides for the establishment of the National Council on Food Security and Job Creation and for its functions and responsibilities. Functions of the Council shall include to: design, adopt and monitor a comprehensive national food security and job creation plan in consonance with the Medium and Long-Term Agricultural and Fisheries Modernization Plan; optimize agrarian reform communities for food productivity; conserve marine resources, soil fertility, etc. necessary for food production; and generate and mobilize resources from domestic and foreign resources.
